The brand is known for its Zaratsu-polished cases, finely textured dials and three movement families: high-precision quartz, high-beat mechanical and Spring Drive, which pairs a mainspring with an electronic regulator for a smooth sweeping seconds hand. Is every pre-owned Grand Seiko authentic?

Yes. Each watch is examined by an independent watchmaker before it is listed, including the case, dial, movement and serial and reference numbers. We do not sell replicas or aftermarket “custom” watches presented as original. How do you grade condition?

Every watch is graded individually as Excellent, Very Good or Good using our published Condition & Grading scale, and the listing photographs show the actual watch you will receive.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are handled within 1–3 business days. Standard Insured shipping is free in the US with 1–3 business days in transit; Express Insured costs $50 with 1–2 business days in transit. International shipping is available on request.

What is your return policy?

You can return a watch within 30 days of delivery in the same condition as received, with all included accessories. Return postage is paid by the customer and a 15% restocking fee applies. Approved refunds or exchanges are processed within 10 days.
