Oris has been based in Hölstein, Switzerland, since 1904 and is one of the few independent Swiss watch companies that produces only mechanical watches. It is known for the Aquis and Divers Sixty-Five diving watches, the Big Crown pilot range and its in-house Calibre 400 series. Our pre-owned Oris collection offers mechanical watches with strong value for everyday wear. Every Oris watch we list is inspected by an independent watchmaker before it ships, graded individually against our published condition scale, and covered by the Lume Wrist Watches 2-year warranty. Is every pre-owned Oris authentic?

Yes. Each watch is examined by an independent watchmaker before it is listed, including the case, dial, movement and serial and reference numbers. We do not sell replicas or aftermarket “custom” watches presented as original. How do you grade condition?

Every watch is graded individually as Excellent, Very Good or Good using our published Condition & Grading scale, and the listing photographs show the actual watch you will receive.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are handled within 1–3 business days. Standard Insured shipping is free in the US with 1–3 business days in transit; Express Insured costs $50 with 1–2 business days in transit. International shipping is available on request.

What is your return policy?

You can return a watch within 30 days of delivery in the same condition as received, with all included accessories. Return postage is paid by the customer and a 15% restocking fee applies. Approved refunds or exchanges are processed within 10 days.
