Money-Back Authenticity Promise

If a watch purchased from Lume Wrist Watches is shown not to be genuine by the manufacturer or a manufacturer-authorized service center, we will refund the full purchase price and cover return shipping. Contact us with your order number and the written finding to start a claim.

How We Inspect Each Watch

Before listing and before dispatch, each watch is checked for reference and serial consistency, movement, dial, hands, case, bezel, crystal, bracelet and clasp. Any watch that does not pass is not sold.

Box, Papers & Accessories

Original box, papers and other accessories are included only when listed on the product page. If something is not listed, please assume it is not included, or ask us before you buy.

Replaced or Service Parts

Where we are aware that a component has been replaced during servicing, we disclose it. If you have questions about a specific watch, ask us before purchasing and we will answer in writing.

Lume Wrist Watches is an independent retailer. We are not an authorized dealer of, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by, Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Omega, Cartier or any other manufacturer whose watches we sell. Brand names are used only to describe the watches offered.
