This Payment Policy explains the payment methods we accept — credit/debit card and bank wire / ACH — and how pricing and currency work when you buy from Lume Wrist Watches.

Wire / ACH	Wire/ACH payments are made to our business account in the name of Lume Wrist Watches LLC. Instructions are shown after you place your order. Please confirm them by phone at +1 (332) 285-2190 before sending funds. We never change bank details by email.
Financing	We do not offer financing.
Security	Secure checkout over HTTPS

Accepted Payment Methods

Pay by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or bank wire / ACH. No other payment methods are accepted.

Card Payments

Card payments are completed on Shopify's secure hosted checkout, which opens on the next screen as soon as you place your order, so you pay in the same visit. Card payments ship by free Standard Insured shipping; Express Insured is available with bank wire / ACH. Card details are entered only on the processor's page — we never ask for card details by email or phone, and we do not store your full card number or CVV.

Bank Wire & ACH

Wire/ACH payments are made to our business account in the name of Lume Wrist Watches LLC. Instructions are shown after you place your order. Please confirm them by phone at +1 (332) 285-2190 before sending funds. We never change bank details by email. Orders are confirmed once funds are received and cleared, which usually takes 1–3 business days. Your watch is reserved for 72 hours pending receipt of payment.

Financing

We do not offer financing.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax. The price is the same for every payment method. Standard Insured shipping is free; Express Insured is $50. The total shown at checkout — item price, shipping and any applicable sales tax — is the amount charged.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. See our Sales Tax Policy for how tax is determined and tax-exempt purchasing.

Currency

All orders are charged in USD. If your card is issued outside the US, your card issuer may apply its own currency-conversion fees.

Order Verification

For your protection, high-value orders may require additional verification, including address confirmation and identity verification. This prevents fraud and ensures secure delivery. We will contact you promptly if verification is needed.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, we will notify you to retry with an alternate method. We do not charge for declined transactions. Repeated failed attempts may result in a temporary order hold for security review.
