Every timepiece listed on this site is physically in our possession at our New York office. Before a watch is photographed and listed, a specialist opens the case where appropriate, verifies the movement and serial against the reference, inspects the dial, hands, bezel, crystal and bracelet under magnification, checks the winding, setting and chronograph functions, and grades the cosmetic condition. Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing is listed on behalf of a third party we have not vetted.

Orders can be paid by bank wire, by credit or debit card, or in cryptocurrency. Bank wire remains the preferred method on higher-value references because it settles quickly and cleanly for both sides; full wiring instructions are issued with your invoice. Card payments are available at checkout, and a specialist confirms every order by phone or email before it ships.

Shipping within the United States is free, fully insured for the purchase value, and requires an adult signature on delivery. International delivery is available on request, with duties and taxes handled as described in our shipping policy. You have 30 days to return an unworn watch in the condition it arrived, and every mechanical watch carries a two-year warranty on the movement.
